Services (Graphic Recording, Logo Design, Branding, etc.):
1. Custom Services:
As our services are tailored to your specific needs, we cannot offer refunds once work has commenced or after delivery. However, if you are unsatisfied with the final product, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll do our best to address your concerns.
2. Cancellation Policy:
• If you need to cancel your order before work has started, a full refund will be provided.
• Once work has begun, partial refunds may be offered depending on the time and resources invested.
Digital Products (PDFs, Prints, etc.):
1. Refund Eligibility:
• Digital downloads and customized designs are non-refundable due to their nature.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Files:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect file, please contact us within 3 days of purchase, and we will resend the correct product at no additional cost.
Remote or On-Site Graphic Recording Services:
