All products offered by Mina Drawing are digital products. No physical product is shipped.

Delivery Method

Once your order and payment are confirmed, your digital products are delivered as a download link through your account and/or sent to your registered email address.

Delivery Time

Ready-made digital products: Usually available for access immediately after payment confirmation.

Custom products: Products that are custom drawn or designed to order require preparation time. The delivery time depends on the scope of the order and is shared with you during confirmation. The completed work is delivered digitally.

In case of a technical issue, we resolve it as soon as possible.
